Why draw it out?

Just tell her how you feel, and if she feels the same, she'll tell you.

it sounds like she likes you.....tell her how you feel ~ great risks brings great rewards (:
Ask her out.

Yea she likes you. You could give it more time, but what I'd do is ask her out. Chances are she'll say yes.

Or you could kiss her on the cheek and see if she kisses you back. Easier then asking if you feel your close to her. Plus if she says no, it isn't the end. Just say it was a friendly kiss.

Or its actually a possibility that she has been waiting for a kiss... for a while

Yep that's a great idea.
that's how my finacee began it, we cuddled lots...than he kissed my forhead, and I looked at him and up we began kissing.. (: later began dating...been together over 2 years now
plus like mophead said, if she says no, just say it was a friendly kiss...he he he (but i doubt she'll say no, it sounds like she likes you)
