Exclamation Should I be worried?

I'm a little bothered by something and I'm not sure if I should go to a doctor about this. I was I was shaving and I noticed a couple small, white bumps on my scrotum and I'm not sure about what they are. I don't think they're any type of STD because neither of my parents have any STDs and I'm still a virgin so I couldn't have gotten them through sex.

What you're experiencing is probably a thing called (if I remember correctly) "pearly white pustules", which are basically tiny cysts that result from ingrown hairs. Since you haven't had sex and have had no other reason to believe you have an STD, I would not be worried. This is quite common--two of my exes have had this. They can range in size, but over all they remain relatively small. Some times, they will go away on their own. You can have them cut out if they become larger...however most men opt not to. My ex had a somewhat larger one on the skin of one of his testicles...he had been tested, no STDs. I was somewhat alarmed when I saw it, but I did some research and I found out that it is very common. Don't be afraid or ashamed of it. Just understand that you may have to take the time and explain what they are to any future partner if they don't go away on their own.
You should be able to find out more about this by googling the topic.

if i had to guess, i would say they're ingrown hairs (since you've already pointed out that you shave "down there") but i'm not positive.
