Alcohol + Talking about EX = Breaking NC
This is some friendly advice from someone who just broke NC last night.... didn't talk to the ex, but found myself looking at her myspace page. I had consumed quite a bit of alcohol and found myself talking about her with someone else, then as soon as I know it I am on her myspace page. I broke four solid months of NC (it's been over six months since we last talked). It didn't hurt that much. Not as much as it would have three months ago, but it still bothered me enough to keep me up for most of the night. I regret it overall.
So, most of you probably know this... but you should be careful when drinking alcohol because it can make you do some pretty stupid things. I wouldn't have done it if I hadn't been drinking + talking about her. Blah. |

hey cold... wish you luck toots... alcohol and pain are, ahhhhhhhhhhhhh... dangerous... alcohol and anti depressants are not a good mix also... at least you learned... i wish you well...
