Inner thight and butt pimples.

Does anyone know of any remedies, or medicine that could help with this? I have had them for years, and have scars from them. It is really irritating, and so I thought maybe i'd post here to find out if anyone knows of anything to help.

Thanks.

Could be boils/MRSA which is very very common. A dermatologist would know what you have for sure.

A home remedy website for SOME boils and skin problems.

If it's a chronic problem, then it is worth going to see a dermotologist about.

Here are a few things you can do at home:

*Use an anti-acne bodywash like Neutrogena Body Clear Bodywash or Phisoderm. Be sure that when you shower and you wash your hair, that you thoroughly rinse the soap from Shampoo or Conditioner off, if you don't rinse well, it can leave a film on your skin and cause you to break out. It's probably best to have the anti-acne bodywash be the last step of your shower so you can be sure you've washed off all residue from shampoos, shaving cream, etc.

*Use a topical anti-acne cream in the affected areas (Zapzit is a good one) Avoid scented lotions.

*Wear breathable cotton underwear and clothing

If you are already doing these things and it still does not go away, you should see a dermatologist.

I'm not sure if this works on butt/thighs but teatree oil works really well on pimples on the face. It dries them out pretty quickly.
Also the pimples might be from sweating or clothing irritating them. So remember to ALWAYS wear cotton underwear. Dont wear lace or anything that wont let your skin breath or might irritate it. Also avoid wearing stockings on hot days.
