bad back

picked a camira bag up today and now have bad pain in lower back hard to move and hearts when i sit, pain is bad but have stuff to do foer a film any idearsa how i can keep working ?

Try a heating pad, or pain relief in the form of a cream you can rub into your muscles.

Advil or some Doans back pain medication- even Tylenol can help relieve pain.

Sorry you got hurt....remember, left with your knees, not your back.

If you can stand and work, it'll help, but I imagine you have to sit at a typical desk. Can you get one of those kneeling-type (Balans) chairs? They may be hard on your knees, but they take the strain off your lumbar area.

I typically have my home PC gear on a drafting table that can be raised for standing up.

have the heated pads me wifes going to pop one on me tonight from china
has all this stuff in it which helps hearbs and the like,

I ahve the nee char at home on my offace so for the next few days im working from home Yipppp pppeee

feels better now i have had a nice lie down and back run from the old lady.
