Snacking BLUNDER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok I haven't posted here for a few months I think, way too busy and generally doing well. I hope everyone is doing well as well.

BUT I made the biggest stupidest mistake ever.....ok I just started snacking on sunflower kernels, which are salted and have vegetable oil in them. For 1/3 cup there's like 250 calories and 21 g of fat!!! I literally had no idea there was this much because it wasn't in teh package but then i looked up the package and realized it was sooooo fattening.

I feel so awful. I just don't want to eat at all tomorrow, i might only have tea & water and maybe a salad.

Granted, I have been doing really well eating healthy, etc... over the summer if people remember i was around 140 lbs. and now I'm 5'10" and down to 131 lbs. and a size 4....dropped a dress size as well. My guy friends say i'm perfect, i look like i could model because of my bone structure, my girlfriends are jealous and say i look underweight which is stupid because i'm obviously not.........but the possibility of me still gaining weight is definitely there... i can gain/lose weight quite easily so that is why i am so worried...

Anyway. Does anyone ever snack on these things nad WHY are they soo high in fat? Why do they even sell them if they are, it's soo disgusting to have sunflower seeds THAT high in fat!! I also had an iced cappucino today which was necessary because of exams to wake me up, coffee wasn't cutting it.....so really my sugar + fat intake is just disgusting right now..

You're 5'10" and 131 lbs.? Trust me, I don't think it'll hurt you to have eaten too many calories for one day. Even if you gained a pound or two, it wouldn't hurt you.

yes it will. i can't gain a pound, I refuse to. I think I'm just not going to eat until maybe sunday morning/afternoon and work out tomorrow. that should solve it.

Woah, it sounds as if you may have an eating disorder, you should never skip meals, you cant just live off a few seeds and a coffee!
They may be high in fat but probably unsaturated fats, which are actually healthy for you.
For your height you can actually go up to about 154 pounds and still be in a healthy weight zone.
Please dont beat yourself up over this, if you starve yourself thats not the answer. Your body will store anything that you do eat,and you are much more likely to pig out because you will be starving! Just eat 3 healthy meals a day to maintain your weight. In fact if you go for 1400 cals a day that should keep you at your weight now.
