Can I have cancer down their?

Well I was testing my self for cancer in my balls and well. I came across a small well it feels like a pimple on left ball but it could be a lump. I don't know what to do because its not on my right one. I can produce sperm and everything but I dont know if its a sign of ball cancer. I need some help because its not right because my right one is real smooth and my left one has some odd shapes and this very sharp pimple thing. Also it has been hurting lately and I don't know why. Like i'll feel sharp pains on my left side. Any idea's????

many men do come down with testicular cancer in their 20s and 30s, so it's important that you get it checked out.

is it a hard lump or a soft lump?

could be just an ingrown hair or a cyst, nothing too major, so don't freak out, but make sure to go to the doctor ASAP.

now, I'm not a doctor, but it's a good sign that there's pain. lumps without pain are to be worried about! maybe there is an infection down there. did you shave your testicles by any chance?

It's hard. It's like a hard pimple. I tried pushing down on it and it feels like its a needle going to pinch your finger. It's weird. Any Idea's on what this can be?

could be a cyst. go to the doctor though. and stop picking at it! leave it alone.

If it is the first time you have it or if it is after recent unprotected intercourse with an unsafe partner, see a doctor. Once you know, you can handle it next time.

I assume its on the skin of the scrotum. A pimple. Have had it frequently in younger years and still every other year or so. It's common. I tend to cut these open with a small surgical knife (does hurt less than squeezing).

You wanna handle it by yourself is up to you. I am an engineer.

and PLEASE don't burst it yourself!!! If this is an infection, you should go to the doctor and have them take care of it. You could wind up with a worse infection, and really, that's not what you need.
