Exercise for lazy people.

Lol...That's kind of a contradiction. Depending on what you're goals are, Lifting weights is something I find gets big payoff considering it's quite easy. Walking is painfully easy and also keeps me in great shape. I walk a lot though. And it's still easy.

I heard 12 oz curls really build your biceps ....

How lazy we talking? lol.
Sex? Rolling down hills? Walking a dog? Stretching? Breathing exercises? Lifting a beer to your mouth?

I'm lazy when it comes to exercise..

I try and do it while I'm watching tv so that there isn't really any excuse... pilates type stuff... so lifting my legs up, pushups, weights, stuff like that.

yeh - that's a good way serendipity -watching tv while jogging or walking in place...that's basically what I do at the gym on the treadmill....

Yep - we have an exercise bike that I try and use in front of the telly as well.. that way I can't make an excuse that it's too hot to go biking outside... I'm still doing what I enjoy (watching tv!) but I have added the exercise element.
