Hair care question

Hi all,

I have just had my hair dyed and I was just wondering whether the colour would fade or go back to my original colour when I go swimming? If it should fade or bleach, how can I protect my hair?

I can't use those swim caps. (I have tried before and I got awful head aches)

Miya

The color will fade, not to worry tho, if it becomes too dull, recolor it again.

It will fade. The chemicals in pools are quite strong. The only thing I can think of is to pick up a special swimmer's shampoo specifically for that purpose.

The colour will fade and if you're blond chlore in swimmingpools can give a green undertone to your hair.
If you are talking about swimming in the see there are some products that you can put on your hair before going on the sun.
It is better not to dye hair in the middle of the summer.
