Do they swell, I think this should go here.

I wasn't sure where to post this question.

It's silly actually, but I was wondering.

When a man is aroused, or what not, do their balls actually swell?

I know that the testicles do tighten up a bit when aroused. I'm sure there's a medical website about it.

not that i know of, lol the sack does tighten and so pulls the balls up but thats it on the testicles front i think. most of a the efoorts going somewhere else, about an inch above them.
