Hit the gym, depending on what program you do. ie: heavy lifts, short reps or light lifts multiple reps you'll notice what difference's it makes.

Combine this with the right diet and you'll be fine.

Cheers.

It depends on what kind of body your looking for. Having a well toned body or being Strong?

sound like you want some muscle mass

Hit the gym. The question would be how much mass you are looking to gain, and how many days a week you are going to workout. This will help us give you an idea of your workouts. Go for basic movements, bench press, incline bench press, then flyes, and crossovers. Best to use dumbells for the presses, it will cause more growth, the next best is using the barbell. Cables would be last, but the techniques can improve upon the basic mass builders. Increase your calories to put on more size. Eat 1.5 to 2 grams of protien per pound of bodywieght. These are just quick tips.

Give us some more info, and you can get some more specific answers.
