Hello, Hoping this forum will help me... as i am totally lost... I used to be the normal... But now i am not what i was... i mean.. the way i think... i do... everythin has changed... am not active.. or i think like the way do i really exsist in the world? it used to be not like that... i guess it is because of masturbation? i have been doing this every day since 2 months... does it make me weak? memory loss... everything is just twist... even if someone call me... you are crazy.. am taking it right... and i feel hurt... what the hell..

Hi - welcome. No, you aren't strange. I doubt that the masturbation is adversly affecting you. The teenage years are tough - your body is making all these crazy hormones, and things just haven't leveled out yet. this is definately the time of life when you start trying to figure out your place in the work... actually.... I think we are all ALWAYS asking that, regardless of our age.

Get lots of sleep, eat well, try to have some fun - play sports, go outside, hang out with friends. don't worry - you're not crazy. You sound like a normal teen! Good luck!

Well - i think that tons of teenagers go through this. If you look through the posts, I'm sure that you'll find other teenagers posting about their issues too. It's a difficult time of life. If you are concerned about your mental state, perhaps talk to a doctor or a school counselor about your emotions. Trust me - tons of people enter a period of confusion during their teenage years, but they just hide it well!

Good luck!!!

That quote is attributed to Descartes in answer to that particular question. It's been asked before, many times. We all go through stages of wondering who we are and where we fit into the world. It is part of maturing.

Read, ask questions, discover new things and learn the way of the world. It can be a baffling but really exciting time of your life if you allow it to be and do not fear it.

no no - mastrubation is good for you. Once, twice a day is fine. As long as you're not doing it for like 4-5 hours a day, and aren't doing your homework, then it's all good.

The memory loss - I don't have a very good memory, so for school, I've had to study extra hard, and learn "tricks" on how to get things to stick in my head. Remember, the teenage years are very formative. Recent studies indicate that the brain is still rewiring itself until age 20 or so. So, your brain is still developing.

Well, try to talk to someone you can trust about your emotions and feelings. I promise you, you're not the only one out there who feels that way.

Good luck!
