Hello all... this is a little hard for me to admit into the public like this, but i am wondering something that is bothering me something serious. I am a virgin and I am asking this girl out on a date, and i know she is not a virgin. Do women usually prefer men who haven't had sex or do women like men with 'experience'?

at your age, it really doesn't matter, your young, if you was older, say 30, they may prefer a bit more experience. But as always, it depends on the woman in question.

Depends on the girl.. If she finds it to be a problem, then i wouldn't waste my time

If i were 18 still, i would prefer to go out with a virgin. It means you have morals and no chances of STDs

I think, if a girl really likes you, she won't care about your level of experience.

I'm 27, and I'm still a virgin. I've also never had a girlfriend. Do I tell people this? Not usually, unless I get to know them well and I know they're not mean people who would poke fun at it. But I know that, if a girl really digs you, she doesn't care about your level of experience. She'll only care about how you treat her.

Also, with every relationship, it's like you're a virgin anyways, because you're starting with someone who has different needs and wants sexually than the last girl. So it really doesn't matter how many times you've had sex with different girls, you just need to figure out how to please her and only her.

At your age, I think that girls really don't mind. I never minded at at all. I was experienced, and my husband was a virgin, and he was in his thirties when we met. Just never wanted girlfriends/relationships

As for STDs, please use protection even IF someone says they are a virgin. You can never be sure (this is just in response another reply).

Well, I'm personally saving myself for marriage, so I would also like a guy that is planning on doing the same. In your case, I find it very attractive that you are still a virgin, and I say keep it that way until you find someone that wins over your heart.

I agree. As a woman in her thirties, I'm not the best person to ask.

haha thanks for all the comments / help / support. I really appreciate it. Yea i have never had a girlfriend either and lately i have been going insane, i really feel like i need a girlfriend or someone, because all my family / friends / random people i meet have had girlfriends and sex before they turned 18. I feel like i have fallen behind, and im glad to see that i am not the only one, and that some people like that i am still a virgin.

I would say that at 18 at least 50% of men and women are virgins. I was, and all of my friends were too.

I wouldn't worry about it.
