From my honest opnion yes they are mixed signals but she might not be doing it on purpose she really might not know what you want. Maybe its a case of cant be in a realtionship with you but doesnt want to loose you totally but yet is still finding it hard just to be friends hint the not wantin much contact. But she is wrong for keeping you hanging on if she has no intention of acting upon it one day. Id go LC and let her come to you, if she wants to get back with you she will do and in the mean time you can concentrate on you and your own healing from the relationship - think of the reasons you posted it here rather than getting back together. You may love her but do you really need all this drama now. Think carefully and make things easier for yourself/her.
