POLL: Would you or not date someone who smokes weed on a daily basis? - Page 4

I use to smoke Herb like evryday...But pretty much was forced to stop at one point in my life and i think Ive had enough,I been maryjane clean for about a year and dont think ill be going back to it anytime soon...I feel much healthier and i guess you can say smarter. Its a choice but i still think they should ligalize it!!!!

You dont have to smoke pot for some sort of.....escape from reality! It's like having a beer or two, only you're 'back to normal' quicker.

no it's not. to get my job, I went 3 months without weed so I would pass the drug test without a problem.

I went on a trip to Japan where I smoked no weed, and that was for two weeks.

if I needed it, I'd not have survived those intervals at all. please, you don't know me, don't judge me.

I have read quite a few books about addictions (they run in my family and I've prepared myself against them). The worst alcoholics are typically very powerful, higher ups who get to work everyday and show no signs of an abuse. Their family doesn't know, their coworkers don't know. Yet they drink everyday. They say "well, at least I'm not as bad as that person" or "It's not affecting my life, it's not a problem" and, of course, "I can quit anytime".

If you take weed into japan, you get kicked out and banned from japan for life (if you are even able to get out of japan. Some of the unlucky ones do jailtime there). If you have to, you can get rid of it for a little bit but it always comes back.

I'm not judging you. I'm just telling you that if you smoke everyday, you are a pothead.

I think you asked for a poll and the answers are pretty straight forward. It seems most would not date someone that smokes weed everyday.

Nice to have girls seek you out. Makes me wonder the reason for the poll.

didn't you just read what I said? I DIDN'T SMOKE WEED FOR THAT DURATION!!! lol wow, and you said you weren't judging me, but yet you assume that much...

If you read what I wrote, I didn't say you did. I just stated that the consequences for bringing weed into japan are so great that no one in their right mind, addicted or not, is going to do it. That doesn't show that you have willpower or control over weed. It just demonstrates that you have common sense.

I have and would. I smoke on occasion, but not daily. If he meets all my other requirements and happens to smoke weed daily....no problem lol I'll date him in a heartbeat.

Nope. It gets in the way. I can't smoke because it makes me paranoid, so it's boring for me to be around someone who's rolling joints all the time.

To your point about drinking, I can agree. I wouldn't expect a guy to want to sit around and watch me pour myself drinks and drink them in front of him. Every single day. Whadda snoozer.

Same difference.
