my hubby has sold his photography before, there is no legal matters to be concerned with, be prepared when you sell the photo some companies might want to buy the copyright which means you lose all rights to photo and only get paid the once. It depends where your trying to sell it, are you trying to sell it to big companies? Your best bet is to get online with a stock photo company. The company will take a percent of your pay but how much is up to you. My hubby sells on link removed Hope this helps
