I've just got a phone call from my bf threatening to break up with me if I can't hold down my job. He said I missed 2 days already and thinks I don't want to work. I first day I 'missed' was when I got sick in work and was lightheaded and dizzy in the middle of the day and was sent home. 2nd day was yesterday, when I just felt too depressed to go in as since im still a trainee and we werent going to get proper help at the weekend and working saturday was so difficult without the normal supervisors there to help and being isolated from my usual team didnt make it any easier. I tried to break up with him a few weeks ago but he locked me in his bedroom as I wasn't giving him a good enough reason to break up. This is quickly turning into another problem

If he still wants to spend time with you when you dont want to have sex,discusses the future and you have a place in it and most importantly if he tells you he loves you and really means it

A very crazy schedule it is! I'm working 6 days out of 7 this week with thursday off, working today(sat) and tomorrow, but i get monday off, then 5 days, then a sunday off. It's so bad, they only give us working hours 2 weeks at a time! I feel so stressed out thinking about all the hours I'm doing!

i'm in the process of getting a place somewhere closer (45-60 mins away), just difficult finding the time to view apartments. Is it reasonable for a landlord to look for a reference from your employer before considering you for a place? I spend my time between calls on the online recruitment sites looking for jobs. In the country that I live in, it seems that all the good jobs are in dublin and a lot of people living in the surrounding counties commute there every day. I've applied for the Intel graduate program, that's even further away from where I work! Oh well

I'm just out of college a few months with a degree in computer science and at the moment am working in a call centre providing tech support for broadband users. I'm finding it really tough to get into the it sector as there's no entry level positions for programmers in my country, all positions require a few years experience. The job I'm in wouldn't be so bad if I had reasonable shifts and enough time off. I spend at least 4 hours a day commuting to and from work,e.g getting up at 6am to get in for a 9am shift and other days being in til 10 at night. The company has no union and doesnt pay extra for sundays or any sort of shift rates. Just wanted to complain as it's tough getting time to find a new job or have time to look for an apartment closer to work - I had to spend 3 hours travelling to end up in a interview that lasted 5 minutes and then another 3 hours to get home again! Does anyone else experience these frustrations in the working world?

I started up an offline relationship from the simple start of a spelling correction of someone trying to punctuate someone's post. It culminated in a lot of private messages, and private threads. However we'd known each other to see in real life but hadn't really talked in the past and hadn't seen each other in years. The relationship really started when I was banned from the site, but that's another story( available via pm!) , and we exchanged numbers and talked and met up. I wasn't expecting the meeting to turn into a date but there was a spark and things progressed from there.

Sometimes joining in and playing games with the gaming addict can be fun, unless you're a bit competitive like me, and realise you can't win against someone who's spent years playing and always has to win!

Have you tried keeping a journal so you can make notes on things and review so that you can maybe prepare yourself to talk it through with your boyfriend ?

I've been using it for nearly a year, and I don't feel it. Sure, I was put off by the size when I first saw it but it only bothered me a bit for a week until I got used to. As for sex, no problems with it interfering, and no complaints from the boyfriend! He said he would feel it sometimes, but it wouldn't be disruptive. You can just put it in and forget about it and not worry that you're at risk if you get vomiting or diarrhea(from bad bus trips, stress etc!). I never trusted the Pill though, but that's just me. That's my 0.02$ anyway
