  1. Thanks for the quick responses. I dont want to go to the doctors really just because it would be very uncomfortable and embarrassing. So this does sound like a hemorrhoid then? The lifting i do is all weights and i have good form and actually havent been trying to go all out in my lifting since were in season right now mostly trying to maintain muscle now. I didnt do anything for it the first three days but have got prep H and tucks pads which seem to help. I cant really take it easy with practice everyday and games on friday but im trying to take warm baths and other medications. I just hope it gets better soon and doesnt falre up all the time. Like i said the pain is getting much better but the bleeding seemed to pick up more the past 2 days is this a sign of it getting better? how long did it take for yours to heal? Online everything seems to say surgery but thats seems to drastic. Thanks for the help
  2. Alright im an an 18 year old male just turned 18 actually and i think i have a hemorrhoid. I thought i was to young for that but i guess not, it started last friday which was just over a week ago now. its right on the outside of my butt and and is a lump. i think its getting better but the bleedings getting worse. Im in good shape and play football so its also annoying but the pains not to bad really like i said its also getting better. But the bleedings getting worse and i cant really tell if the lumps getting smaller, but its def not getting bigger which is good i guess. Has anyone else had this? i looked it up online and it said it could take anywhere from few days to 3 weeks to get better. Also i do alot of heavy lifting will this falre up everytime i lift? Thanks for the help
  3. This really isnt a question more of just way to vent. Well i lost my job on monday me and a few friends were at my house and we were all goin out and my work called and said they needed me to come in and i told them i had plans, so she told me if i dont come in im out of a job so i was extremely pissed and i didnt go in. Im a busser at a resturant by the way. And to make matters worse for some reason my sister threw a fit and was callin me names and yelling at me for not going in infront of my friends. I have money but its always nice to have more also i would have only been able to work for another month and a half because football camp will be starting. Speed camp started this tuesday as well so im still keepin busy. I dont see why they wouldnt just let me have off i have never called off and I never complain about my schedule. Oh well i guess you learn from your mistakes.
  4. Well im pretty sure i have a fever i came down with it on sat night and still feel like * * * *. I have a cough and cold too. Since Sat. night ive been having odd dreams there not nightmares really theres no people in them at all its very hard to explain. But i seem to only be able to sleep in 1.5 to 2.5 intervals at a time then i wake up have to go to the restroom. SO basically are these dreams a side affect of a fever? and what can i do to recover as soon as possible? thanks

  6. Me and my gf both 17 have been dating for a year now on the 29th and i recently posted i didnt know what to do but i thought of a good idea. I was gonna cut out of some pictures of me her and us together and put put them on a big heart and in the middle say something sweet which i dont know yet(and ideas) and i dont really want to go to to the movies but i asked her out there and i wrote "Lets go Out" on the ticket stub and told her the time was wrong on my ticket. So i was gonna do basically the asme thing and put Happy one year instead. Then i was gonna tke her out ot eat somewhere a little nicer then the avg resturant like Fridays or something but still casual. So what do you think I would rather not sit through a movie but i thought it would be romantic so i dont know. Any tips suggestions or ideas?
  7. I wasnt mad at her for hinting i didnt even say anything to her about it. I live in PA so the weathers not to great and no beaches. Decorating her room sounds like a good idea but id feel odd goin to her house with her not there. I would like to make it more special and creative im just not good with gifts. Alright, well im 17 years old and currently enemployed but lookin for a job i have money to spend though cause im cheap lol and im a good saver I had to quit because of sports but im lookin for a new job. well anyways im kinda stuck on what to get my gf its our 1 year anniversery on the 29th and valentines dyas commin up of course well.....in over a month. I bought her jewlery for her bday which was a nice braclet so id rather not buy jewlery although i think shes hitting she wants a ring but that just pisses me off so shes not getting it. I think thats really rude and thats not really like her. I was thinking for our One Year i was gonna take her out to eat somewhere nice then i dont know what to buy her. For Valentines day i was gonna get a Boyds bear and Roses is this good or not? And tips or ideas for our one year and valentines would be appreciated.
  9. Hey Since foot ball ended Ive been lifting for 7 weeks so far and i put on mass everywhere and gained about 11-12 pounds. Im tryin to bulk up for football I play D-End through the 7 weeks i havent really been watching what i eat. I didnt drink any pop stayed away from fast food didnt eat late at night, and tried to take in protein. i used to weigh 168 now im up to 179 180 and i would like to lose all my stomach fat and be all muscle. Which shouldnt be a farfetched goal im in decent shape. But im really confused what should i do and not do to put on only muscle no fat. Since your trying to get bigger you dont want to diet to lose weight and i heard high intensity cardio takes away from lifting gains so i was going to hold off on the cardio till football gets closer. through the 7 weeks i put an inch on my arms almost 2 inches on my thighs inch on my chest little gains on the calfs. But my waist is almost a half an inch bigger. Ive been taking San V12 Turbo and ON 100% Whey. So any help on what to do to put on only muscle when i lift would be great. Those are recent measurements and my lifting numbers are: Bench 165 Squat 320 Dead Lift 360 thanks PS any tips on getting a stonger chest would be good too when it ccomes to bench its like a wall](*,) never seem to make progress

I sprained my ankle during football season (think so anyway never went to doctors) But it was extremely swollen and i never missed a practice it still slightly hurts when im on the balls of my feet. I sprained it early october probably. My coach said to rotate the ankle in circles when sitting and try to stand on the balls of your feet. He said it would help but i didnt notice any improvement. Other than that if you want to try that follow what the other ppl said the RICE method. The first weeks was terrible and the swelling went down and i could put pressure on it without pain you should see improvement.
  11. Ive been looking on the net for Plyometric workouts but i couldnt find any. Should i do Plyometrics on off days from lifting?
  12. Power cleans dont go above the head you just swing it up to your chest that wasnt a very good description but i hope you get what im sayin. When i use a sled i dont feel like im getting as much out of it when i do squats on a rack. Squats dont bother me really Deadlifts sometimes do though i hate DL. My goal is to get atleast 205 bench somewhere in the mid 300's for Squat and as long as i get 155 for PC ill be happy i dont like those or DL. I want to get up to atleast 190 to 200 pounds for football next season to. Your puttin up some heavy weight must have took some hard owrk to get to 425.
  13. I've been taking Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein with San V12 Turbo. Ive seen some pretty good results so far ive been taking it for almost exactly a month and my arms are an inch bigger thigh are are inch and half bigger and i put on 7 pounds. So far so good im not real strong though although i only am 17. Bench 185 Squat 295 power clean 155( last time i tried them which was a good bit ago Dead Lift 325 so im not real strong but i play football and i need to put weight and muscle on. im 6 ft 178.

  15. I started lifting again for football and im about 2 weeks into it and my balls seem a little sore or tender its not really a pain just tender and it doesnt look swollen at all. So basically has anyone else ever felt this way after lifting weights? and will it just fade away after a few days? Thanks
