My best tactic for weight loss fast is
eating basically what you eat at the moment, just missing out anything processed like microwave meals and crap chocolate (organic is better, as it has less chemicals and preservatives in)
going to the gym 3 times a week or walking everywhere or both
marching on the spot.. whenever possible, like when you boil the kettle. Get a pedometer, and try to do close to 10,000 steps a day (you can get a free one at walkers.co.uk, if ur in the UK)
Drink a mug of hot water and lemon first thing in the morning, this kickstarts your metabolism
