  1. If she seems to be a little stand-offish as far as a relationship goes, then perhaps you should call her and get to know her better before pursuing hanging out again. Respect her space and see if she comes closer to you.
  2. I would say wait for him to call you. You've already let him know how you feel & where you stand. You don't want to come off as desperate.
  3. I agree with slightlybent, if his problem is that he hasn't experienced other girls sexually then it's not going to all of a sudden go away someday. I really feel bad for you though. It sounds like you really care about him and have gone the extra mile to please him. It might be best to just let him go. Is it worth your heartache?
  4. Well, if he's not satisfying your needs emotionally it's time to get out of dodge I'm afraid. Those are the basic needs of a relationship. Have you tried talking to him about this? Does he realize he's being sort of cold in a way?
  5. It's always tough to tell a good friend that you aren't interested in anything more. This is the story of my life. I've passed up many guys that have been good friends for jerks. I regret some of those. Good friends are usually the guys that you know the best. You've seen them through their good times & bad. You've seen how they act when they're not trying to impress you. You know what they're temperment is. If he's truly your friend, you won't lose his friendship, he will respect your decision. My best friend is a guy that wanted more and like a fool, i told him no. he is a great guy and i messed up by passing him by. But he knows me better than anyone and i know that he still cares as much for me today as he did when we first started hanging out.
  6. I agree with the previous posters...piercings are sexy if they are done right. I personally, don't like anything gaudy or misplaced. Eyebrow rings are iffy to me i guess. i've had mine done a few times, but it wasn't anything fancy. I have my belly button pierced and that can be super sexy with all of the jewelry they have out there. I did have my tongue done twice, but i have mixed results on that. sometimes it's good for oral, other times it's not. I can tell you that i've cracked a lot of teeth with them though I got my hood pierced around Thanksgiving and that has been a super sexy piercing as well. can't go wrong with a piercing that enhances sexual pleasure
  7. It's rough, but your best move is to let him make the next contact. You've tried twice now with no success. If he's interested, he'll get a hold of you. Gotta try to do something to keep your mind off it so you don't go crazy. If it's meant to be, everything will fall into place...just have to be patient...easier said than done i'm afraid.
  8. I've had some pretty crappy dates in my life, but the following 2 take the cake and these happened in the last 4 months. * * * * #1 - blatantly checked other chicks out at the club - would be all like "hey, check out that chick - she's totally hot" or "check out the rack on that one" & crap like that...super impressive * * * * #2 - went on a first date & had some drinks at a bar. he whips out his cell phone & starts taking pics of various chicks butts...impressive yet again
  9. I've had reconstructive knee surgery twice in the last 2 years, so I know what you're talking about when it comes to the pain. The first doctor I saw tried to tell me it was nothing both times, but then I went & got a second opinion and both times it turned out that I tore both miniscal tissue and my ACL. If I was you, I'd go to someone else.
  10. If I was a dude and some chick broke up with me because of money that'd be pretty lame. It's not about how much money someone has, it's about how you feel when you are with that person. There are plenty of things you can do without spending a lot of cash. I'd suggest moving on, buddy. It sucks, I know, but there's gotta be better women than that out there. Best of Luck, ~Melanie
  11. I agree with the above poster, you need to let him know that while you understand that he was completely kidding, the comment hurt your feelings. There's no sense in making such a little thing turn into something bigger. Best of Luck, ~Melanie
  12. have you ever talked to her about how you feel? Have you told her you want to be more than friends at all?
  13. i'm not sure what the exercise is called, but i do them all the time. I'll take a 15 pound dumbell and with both hands, raise it above my head, then lower it behind my head as far as i can, then extent my arms upward again. I usually do 3 sets of 12 reps.
  14. I'm very glad to hear that eddie - just make sure you communicate and relay how you feel and all that good stuff. Sounds like you may just have a keeper
  15. if you were together for 6 months, i'm sure that you still have some sort of feelings for her - no matter how small they might be. I agree with the above posters, that's ridiculous for her to tell you that her ex was hotter than you. what a biotch. anyway, it will take you a while to get to a point where you just don't care what she does. it's tough though. just take everything in stride, remember that she hurt you & she doesn't deserve your attention - positive or negative. you're better than that.
