Peter ParkerPeter Parker is the author of The Old Lie: The Great War and the Public-School Ethos and a biography of J. R. Ackerley. He is the editor of A Reader's Guide to the Twentieth-Century Novel and A Reader's Guide to Twentieth-Century Writers. He is an associate editor of the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography and writes about books and gardening for a wide variety of publications. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature in 1997 and lives in London's East End. |
