Debbie Thurman - author, journalist and speaker - has been actively involved in many facets of Christian ministry for more than twenty years. She now runs her own ministry, Sheer Faith, in Central Virginia where she leads a weekly support group and works with local and state officials and churches to improve mental health care and family support.
