What it is in your life that you don't like?

Have you ever looked at your house, and said, *Cripes. I hate this place.* If not that, then something similar?

Have you ever looked at your vehicle and said, *Man, this is a clunker.* If not that, then something similar?

Have you ever thought about the job you have, the business you are in, the environment you live in and said, *I gotta get out of this.* If not that, then something similar?

Have you ever heard the phrase, *You get what you ask for.*

Have you ever said to yourself, *But I didn't ask for it!*

Oh, but you did. There was definitely a way of thinking that brought it to you. It may not have been obvious, so it may be hard to pinpoint the thought pattern. However, once you do, just say, out loud or to yourself, *I now release the pattern in my consciousness that is creating resistance to my good.* That will help nullify it.

That's how you deal with old thought patterns. Now, here's how to MAKE a new thought pattern. Look around the room you are in right now. Do you see things you don't like, piles of junk, stacks of papers, bad walls, noisy environment, cramped quarters. What did you usually say to yourself when you see it? Nothing good, right? Well, if you are ready, now is the time to change that.

Take the time now to CHOOSE to change what it is in your life that you don't like.

Look at the things you don't like; piles of junk, stacks of papers, bad walls, noisy environment, cramped quarters. Now, just simply say, *I choose to live in a nice, clean environment.* Is there any hint in that statement that you want what you have -- if what you have is not what you want? I don't think so.

Now, look at your house, your job, your car. Do you like what you have?

Make sure you don't mess up your thoughts with unhappiness, because you only attract more unhappiness.

Don't mess up your thoughts with anger, because you only attract more anger.

Don't mess up your thoughts with envy, jealousy, spitefulness, because you only attract more of the same.

Make sure you aren't asking for what you don't want. *Choose* what you do want.

Pretend you are introducing a friend to your house, your car, your surroundings. Wouldn't that friend think you are satisfied with them if you continued keeping them? Well, wouldn't the universe think the same thing? You have to choose. You have to choose constantly. You have to choose consistently.

*I choose to live in a beautiful new home.* *I choose to have a fabulously gorgeous car.* *I choose to have a fantastic job.* *I choose to surround myself with friends who care about me, and only wish me well.*

*I choose this crappy car,* is exactly what you are saying to your brain, even when you are complaining about it. You have it, don't you? You are keeping it, driving it, talking about it -- even if that *talking* is only mumbling complaints. You are attracting more of what you have. The more you say it, the more you think it, the more you attract it. Do you want it in your life?

The phrase, more you say it, can mean many different things actually. It's the essence of what you are saying also. If you say, *Yeah, that's my car* in a way that says, *I wish it wasn't my car* then does the tonality also say *I'll never get a new one, either*? Does the feeling say that?

Don't say, *I DON'T choose this house.* Because, if you remember what we've talked about before, what is your brain seeing when you say *this house*? The house the way it is. Don't say, *I DON'T choose this crappy car.* Because what is your brain seeing? A crappy car. DON'T say *I have icky friends.* Because your brain is seeing your *icky friends.* Whatever your brain is seeing and hearing, is what your brain is going to bring into your life. Tell your brain what you want. Show your brain what you want. Feel how it feels to have what you want. That is what your brain is going to be bringing into your life.

Remember, be *choosey* today. Everything you look at, say what you choose. Accept what you have as being there, but SAY what you CHOOSE. There is a difference. You are accepting that what is there, is there, but you aren't CHOOSING it.

Make today and every day, your *choosey* day.
