Kim Kardashian Launches New Perfume
The popular reality TV show 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star Kim Kardashian is the latest celebrity to develop her own perfume and compete with a number of celebrity fragrance lines when her new scent hits the market next spring. Kim Kardashian has been working in collaboration with a company called Lighthouse Beauty. Lighthouse Beauty is a new celebrity-oriented firm which has worked with many Hollywood stars as well as with some celebrities in the show-biz industry. According to one report, the company has a unique perspective on capturing the essence of a top talent in a product. Lighthouse Beauty is owned by rapper 50 Cent and stands behind his new aftershave lotion. The 28 year old Hollywood socialite Kardashian says that what is so different about the company's approach is that they have worked closely with her on all aspects of her new scent, the bottle, the juice, and even the distribution strategy. "I can develop a product that truly represents me and speaks to my fans. Because of their commitment to including me in the process, the fragrance really captures who I am," Kardashian added. Chris Lighty, music industry mogul who is a partner in Lighthouse Beauty along with the famous rapper, says that the fragrance will be something that will leave Kim Kardashian faithful to them and also something that her fans will be able to enjoy and appreciate. According to Lighty, the company will be doing a joint venture with Ms. Kardashian and trying to create a scent that will capture her very persona and essence. "Having worked with some of the top talent in the entertainment industry, I have a unique perspective on capturing the essence of a celebrity in a product," said Lighty. He added that the firm has collaborated jointly with top perfumers in order to infuse Ms. Kardashian's huge personality into a fragrance that will really speak to her fans. The as yet unnamed fragrance will hit the shelves next year in a number of markets including the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom. Tags: Fragrance More articles by eNotAlone.com |
