50 CENT, hip-hop mogul, has announced that he is launching his own fragrance, called 'Power by 50 Cent.' Rap superstar has signed a contract with chain store Macy's to sell his new cologne, which is scheduled to debut in the United States later this year.

Lighthouse Beauty firm is ruled by Chris Lighty, Howard Sherman of Mod Beauty, Philip Zellner of Product King Marketing, World Source Marketing Group, 111 Design and Edge Display, and Glenn Nussdorf, a major shareholder of Parlux, Perfumania and Quality King.

It is not a surprise that the typical musician or actor might not have any idea how to develop a fragrance or a skin care line, but he, without any doubt, wants to capitalize on his brand potential, said chief executive officer of Brand Asset Group Chris Lighty, a founder of Violator Management.
