*Sigh*... I tell myself I'm weaning myself off the therapy, but I'm quite glad I already have an appointment on Tuesday. I'm completely and utterly lost, and I'm a little worried my depression will come back no matter how much I fight it. Another sob story.

is there anything really harmful or addicting when it comes to smoking weed, long or short term? i have done it a few times with my friends and want to do it some more but dont want to get addicted to it. thanks if you can help.
