Advice & Discussions
Anti-anxiety meds and dreaming
I just started on a few weeks ago, and now I'm having all these very vivid dreams. Normally, I don't dream that often or if I do, it's nonsensical. But lately I've been having alot of dreams, especially about ex-girlfriends, one in particular. It's a few times a week by now.
My routine is all crazy. Insomnia!
I am a creature of habit. I carry the same sort of timeline every single day with what I do. My bedtime is usually 1-130am and I usually get up around 1030am, and then I take a quick nap in the afternoons (I have always been dependent on naps). The past few weeks, I'm up till 4 or 5 in the morning, if not later, and I usually have to be up by 1030 or 11.
Focus is fleeting
I am in a rut of procrastination .. due in part from depression and having trouble preoccupying myself with anything no less get to work on a big project! upon a moments thought of going out for an espresso, I was just wondering whether i should get some Energy pills.
Is there anything I can do?
All my life, I've always been, well, short. It's always kinda bugged me, specifically because a lot of peers would use that as an advantage to kind of push me around and talk down to me (no pun intended :\). Of course, the rest of my family isn't very tall, but most of them still have a few inches on me.
