Advice & Discussions
I did some personal growth exercises
Hey guys! I am taking baby steps in hopes of feeling better and boosting my self-esteem. I need to focus on myself and the things that matter most to me other than my relationship or my future with him. I threw out all of my Xanax and am trying to find things to live for other than my relationship.
are there exercises that help to increase your positive behavior?
What exactly are those exercises, if they do exist? It is more than just talking to people..I do that constantly at work and still whenever I go out to other social situations I make people feel uncomfortable around me because I'm not a very positive person.
learning self-control? ie one less cookie, go exercise, enough with the video games
Hi everyone! I had a really long post (yes, even longer than this one!) written out, but deleted it in favor of a more straight-to-the-point one: I have next to no self control (*,). lower back pain/ exercise questions, etc.
I'm about 24 weeks and in the past week I've been having lower back pain. my pregnancy is doing fine so i was wondering is there anything I can do to stop the pain? Also, I was wondering a couple of things about exercising AFTER giving birth. First off, how long did you have to wait to start exercising?
