Alright guys, I came up with this "recipe" (although I'm sure it's been done many times before) that is healthy for you, tastes great, and just emotionally uplifting! (it sounds weird, but try it when you're down) The PETiT-CHOU Yoghurt-Bread Amazement: Take yoghurt (preferably the Dannon "Fruit-on-the-Bottom" type) and a few slices of bread (I like potato bread; you can use whatever).
