This is very interesting, and so true! I learned this in Criminology today... Biochemical Theory: -The major premise of the theory is that crime is a function of diet, vitamin intake, hormornal imbalance, or food allergies. - The strengths are that the theory explains irrational violence and shows how the environment interacts with personal traits to influence behavior.
Personal Trainers?
Has anyone had any experience with personal trainers? And how many sessions does one need to achieve desired results? I started working out in a gym, but after having a complementary session with a personal trainer, I decided to go for it. Anyone?
Dazed and Confused
So about 3 weeks ago me and a couple friends drank way too much, and thought boxing would be a good idea. Obviously a stupid idea, and me and a buddy proceeded to bash the crap out of each other. I passed out that night, with my head in the toilet, and woke up in my bed the next morning.
Just had the flu
Just had the flu for a week. Yesterday I was fine and today. I still have a little bit of a runny nose. Is it ok for me to start lifting weights with out risking getting more sick?
