Advice & Discussions
Venting
Why on earth do people (anyone babysitting) think it's okay to just pass your child off to someone else to watch your kid if they have to run out? I'm sorry I'm super bothered by this and surprisingly angry, but I'm at work & therefor can't vent to anyone but you guys.
Toddler Son Having Nightmares/Night Terrors
My son is 2.5 years old. He is easy to put to bed and has always slept in his own room. About two weeks ago he seemed to have had a nightmare of some sort. I woke to hear him crying (because he has asthma I still use a monitor). I listened for less than a minute and he started to quiet down.
Parents
I have now cut all ties with my parents due to flashbacks of sexual abuse, I have told them that I do not want to see them ever again, until Dad repents for what he did to me. It's hurting me, I love them so much, and It's upsetting me. To go back to them, means to deny it all happened.
Potty Training
Okay so for all of you that have potty trained a child. My son is 2.5 he will be 3 in January. He keeps taking his diaper off and handing it to me. He is smart and I think he is ready to potty train, however every time that I take him to the potty he refuses.
