need help with my diet
So I was talking to my trainer today. I'm frustrated because I work so hard in the gym and I feel like I'm not making enough progress. My pant size has not changed in the past two years. I realize my legs are going to be a somewhat bulkier because of all the cardio I do and it's just my body type to be bigger on my lower body.
