I have been trying to lose weight lately. I started back on August the 8th and so far - to date - I've lost 25 pounds. Now I'm wondering what way I should go now. Im not losing and still eating the same, small portions. No junk what so ever and around 1,000-1,200 calories a day.

how's this diet?
Okay, so I've been able to keep track of my caloric intake for 2 days. I know I should be having more veggies, and I normally do, but we hadn't gone grocery shopping in a couple weeks and there were no more veggies left in the fridge. Other than that, how am I doing? Is my diet really unhealthy? Not enough nutrients? Too many empty calories? Or is it ok? Any recommendations? My goal is to lose weight while giving my nursing baby everything she needs.
