Bikram yoga
I'm thinking about going to my first Bikram yoga session sometime this week. I have never done yoga before, so I'm really going for it. A friend of mine teaches it (in a different city, though), so I'm starting to go crazy hearing about it and not giving it a try.
First Bikram yoga experience
I just got back from my first yoga experience, and Bikram at that. All I got to say is, WOW. You don't notice how intense it is until after the first couple of poses, when the fans turn off. I was surprised how many of the poses I got through, though (maybe 21 or 22 of the 26).
