Yoga classes?
I'm considering taking yoga classes. While lately a feel that I have a good work/life balance, particularly given some of the things I've discovered about myself and have discussed in different threads, I'm thinking that it might be a good idea to engage in an activity like yoga.

Lower back problems - Yoga, pilates, etc
I have a lower back problem which I believe is mainly from riding trials & pertty common with a lot of friends I know that do the same. I did get X-Ray and have gone to chiropractor (didn't help) and the physical therapist. My back physically is fine, no alignment issues, pinched nerves or any others.
Anyone Do Yoga Or Pilates?
I am going to take my first Yoga and Pilates class this week...I was wondering how beneficial they are? And how often do you do them? Thanks!!
