What kind of meditation is effective and good for healing?
Is there any restriction in terms of places or tools needed to meditate? Is it possible to meditate at anywhere at anytime? | Meditation I'm just curious as to whether anyone here regularly meditates. I used to do it consistently until about a month ago when my routine got interrupted. I'm now looking for some new techniques to freshen things up.
Share your experiences of meditation and any useful techniques you might have. | Other means of getting relief from stress beside exercise and meditation. My job often get me stressed out, often I have no time left for exercises or meditations. I was just wondering if there are other ways to reduce stress? Please help. | Meditation Meditation is a practice that is transformative not if you have high ideals, but if you have the patience to sit without expectations. The fruits of meditation are not apparent until once you have repeated and progressed in your practice. I can only speak from my own experience with the practice, but it has taken me nearly a year to notice some of the effects it has had on my well-being. |
