I think I might have an exercise addiction  should I be concerned about this?
Trying to bulk and exercise.Where to start?
Hello everybody, I'm new here! Interesting forum! I think I'm going to like it here! Anyway for the longest I've been trying to get into a good exercise routine but I'm confused as to what to do exactly. I'm a fairly skinny person, I'm about 5'11 weighing 145 lbs at 21 years old.
Yay! I can already feel and see diet/exercise results
I've been doing a ton of different exercises lately. From rowing machine, to rock climbing, jump rope, running off terrain, hiking, free weights, etc. I'm just trying to find my exercising nitch right now. However, I have been exercising at a consistent time and about an hour a day.

Well, a couple of months ago I was trying to build some serious muscle. So, I was lifting three times a week, compound exercises mostly. Well, I saw some results, especially on my lower body. My thighs and even my abs were looking great. However, my shoulders and chest weren't getting much better.
Ways to stay motivated regarding diet and exercise.
I think getting into better shape would work wonders for my self esteem. I'm not 'obese' by any means, but without owning a working scale to confirm.... I would wager that I could lose somewhere between 15 and 20 pounds... possibly up to 25... though the 25 could be a little too much.
