It's getting nice out! I challenge those of you who might have couch potato tendancies to get out and exercise EVERY DAY for 30 min- 1 hour. This can be as simple as a walk. Its NOT a weight loss challenge! Post your goals and reasons for wanting to improve your physical health, as well as what exercise you have done today! For me, it is really healthy for my baby to exercise daily.
Could Exercise Bike stunt my growth??
Hi im a 15 year old boy which recently got a exercise bike, im a few kilos over 5-10kgs and thought the bike could be good, ive had it for about 2 weeks and like it but i always think that i might be too young because im probably still growing and could all this leg muscle stunt my growth seriously, that's all i think about when im on the exercise bike so is this true cause i want to keep growing and get taller.

I've always been prone to (face and body) acne, but since I've started working out, I have been getting more acne on my forehead, back, shoulders, and chest.. Basically the areas where there is more sweat, like where my sports bra sits... Because I do a cardio work out 5-6 days a week, I'm sweating a lot and it's not going away I make sure to shower immediately after exercising, but is there anything else I can do?
