Unfortunately, I came down with something last night and woke up still sick this morning. | Is there a right or wrong time to exercise? I have noticed that some people like to get up real early to jog or walk in the mornings, and I would like to start walking and lifting weights, but the only time I have is in the evenings. I already get up at 3:30 am so I am not considering getting up any earlier. | Weight loss and exercise program. Get fit, look good, and feel good. Here is my plan. Follow this and you will lose weight, be healthier, feel better, have unlimited endurance, and have fun while doing it.
