Here's the scoop. I'm currently going to school during the spring right now at the local University. I live on my own and I work full time on top of this as well. On top of THAT I have a literature heavy double major so reading eats up all my spare time and then some.
Are you allowed to eat more sodium if you exercise often?
Was wondering if active people are allowed to consume more sodium since they tend to sweat more.

I am not sure what they call it, but for you guys who knows your stuff. Can I get advise how to build the lower chest muscle please. This is hard to explain as I don't know the muscle group names. When we're fit and chest muscle looks round and full.
Afraid I wont be able to keep up an exercise ruitine
Okay, this is a stupid question. But has anyone ever been afraid to start exercising in fear that they will not be able to keep up the ruitine for the rest of their lives and eventually gain MORE weight than they had to begin with. If I start exercising now, my metabolism will speed up, Ill be healthier, Ill lose weight and Ill feel better.

I need motivation to start exercising. I can't bring myself to get fit and lose weight I think I enjoy being fat. Any advice ? I need a way to get myself into the gym and onto the treadmill but I don't have the motivation.
