Ok I am veagan, well tryign to be anyways, sometimes I cheat but not much and when I do I get sick so Im done cheating lol. ??? ok how do you detox your body? I have been eating a lot of fruite and vegitables but what kind of fruites and veggies are the best for your body to cleans it? I would also like to tell everyone that if you interested in nutrition stuff like I am then you should so watch super size me.
Good nutrition/eating habits
ENA'ers, I keep hearing conflicting information about this. Is it better to: 1.) Eat three square meals a day and never snack in between 2.) Eat three meals a day, a little smaller, but with healthy snacks in between 3.) "Graze" - eat healthy small stuff all day I tend to lean towards option number 3 just because of my often hectic lifestyle and the fact that I usually have to kind of force myself to eat sometimes (since I'm often not really hungry).

link I'm checking out this website. It's ridiculous how many calories are in the fast foods we ate. It really made me think. Hope it helps someone else that is trying to lose weight just chose from the categories to add which foods you usually get and see the end results.
