I've been close to suicidal thoughts over the past week, but I started taking Vitamins B Complex (Includes B6, B12 and folic acid), Vitamin C and Magnesum and right now I'm starting to feel a whole lot happier! Hopefully it'll stay this way. I found a few sites that say that deficiencies in these Vits and minerals can cause depression. |
