My method to reduce anger, is it ok if you do it like this?
So I find when I smoke pot my mind is alot more "gentle" I often fly off the handle about little things but after I smoke I'm more sane and rational. So is it ok to smoke for this reason? Nothing else seems to reduce my anger.
