The doctor said reduce stress levels, so I have kept up with the running, and I walk to work now, take baths etc.
It still isn't going away. | does anybody else experience a kind of 'come down' after the gym?? Is it normal?? After I have just worked out I get a feeling of being high, which is natural due to the endorphins I guess. But after that feeling has worn off, say after about half an hour to an hour, I feel like the other extreme. I feel sad and emotional and irritable, like I am 'coming down' from the high. | Cold sore gosh dang it So I have an icky cold sore now. I'm gonna go get some Abreva on my way home. Is there anything that works better? Ahhhhhhhhhh now I'm mad I hate these things | Eating Disorders...advice needed asap I think this goes in here feel free to move :)

Well I think they are beautiful, I crave to be that skinny...I feel asthough I have the mind to have an eating disorder but the will power or something is not there, infact I dont have the will power to do anything these days. |
