I have been trying to lose weight for years. i lost it from my stomach but then when i jump on the scales. it hasnt changed! its like it just moves from one part of my body to another. i work out alot and i eat healthy foods, and they are a pretty big variety of foods too.
Summer weight loss
Right now, I'm 16 (17 in September) and I just graduated from highschool. I'm going to college next year, and I want to get a good first impression. The one thing I really need to change is my weight. I'm 6'2" and I weigh 280lbs. Luckily, a good bit of the weight is muscle, but still an overwhelming amount is fat.
