Stretch marks from weight LOSS??
Is it true that you can get stretch marks from weight loss? I understand from weight gain because the skin is stretching but I don't understand how this can be with weight loss? Does anyone know? Has anyone developed stretch marks from losing weight?
my weight loss journey
inspired by annie and a realisation over the weekend I've decided I really should lose some weight. I'll start off with the backstory... I've always been a big guy but for the most part it's been 90% muscle. I'm 6"4 tall and very broad shouldered, I'm blading but am pretty hairy all over and I tend to have 5-o'clock stubble 20minutes after shaving.

ok it's been 4 weeks and I've lost 23lbs...anyone else? we need something positive to talk about...well weight loss is positive for me :) need about 20-30more...maybe if I stall in my weight loss goals I'll call her and get some good old depression not eating going on to jump-start it :)

I've already posted a similar thread but I have changed my program I no longer walk only 30 minutes I now walk 1.5 hours a day on average I weighed myself in a 265 pounds and fit in size 38" jeans even though my hips are measured at 44" :-k I want to lose 8-10 lbs.
Weight loss due to our breakups
Hopefully this will be a lighthearted thread. Lord knows we all need one!!! I never thought I would ever have a six-pack again.....yet here I am, 60 days till my 40th birthday...and I'm in the best shape I've been in for the last decade. In the first couple of weeks since breaking up, I went from 178lb to 161lb.
