What else do I need to do to lose weight FAST?!
I've gained a lot of weight in my stomach/butt/thigh area in the past year and I've been trying to eat less and better and exercising for the past two weeks but I've hardly noticed any results other than my stomach is a bit smaller but not much, my legs ache from exercising and I get headaches from not eating as much.
