I have a medium build in general so it's always been hard for me to feel satisfied with my body. I was always pretty slim in high school. My senior year I got on the pill and noticed some weight gain, then freshman year of college happened and there was definitely weight gain. | eating less/ weight loss I've been trying to lose some weight for awhile.
Mostly I am just trying to watch my calories and shooting for 1200/day.
I am not overweight, but I am on the 'middle/upper level' of the 'healthy' BMI range.
I find myself losing weight on days when I eat fruit for breakfast, and maybe two very light meals the rest of the day. |
