Advice & Discussions
My Story... ex-self injurer.
I have always had a self destructive personality. I can't help it, it is just who i am. I am very hard on myself, and i often feel the need to punish myself. I am quite shy, and my self esteem isn't very good. The reason i started self harming was because i was in this situation in my life that i couldn't see a way out of, and my emotions were too overwhelming for me to deal with.
it wont stop bleeding
i just cut my self at least a dozen times across the vein in my wrist and it wont stop bleeding. i am so scared. there is so much blood. how can i make it stop?
I cut when I am completely calm?
About 3 months ago I slit my leg when I was in a huge fight and felt I had no control over the situation. I have been in counseling for years now and after that happened, I started medication. I really feel the medication is working but I still have a problem.
A New Flesh
Lately, I've been having thoughts of burning parts of my body chemically, namely the back of my hands and my torso, not my face or anything else, (which is odd, as heaven knows I hate my face), I think I just want to purge myself of the crap in me, I'm sorry for being cryptic but that's the best way I can explain it.
