okay so it was a long road to recovery. since last april i was cutting down on my self injury and from june to the beginning of september i hadnt cut at all. I scratched once, but that was unconsciously (i didnt actually mean to, i did it when i got mad and wasnt thinking).

Ok, I haven't cut myself in so long I seriously don't remember what it feels like anymore. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. A compulsion to fit in and to solve all of my problems at once was what made me start, and now I kind of feel like if I don't do it then I'm not me anymore.
