Technology nowadays makes everything so accessible, but it can often lead to our greatest personal problems. So many people expect answers to all their questions and concerns here and now, right away. Whatever happened to patiently awaiting your answers? Guys want to know the perfect formula for hooking up with the lady of their dreams, how to get great at this or that, et cetera.

I've always been a Christian, at times a very devout one. But recently a good friend told me she wasn't going to be Christian anymore, and I began to think twice about it. I don't want to be in between Christian and not! Am I missing something? Where do I go from here? I've been stuck in this rut, and I don't know how to get out.

Looking back through my old threads I created on this site made me realize how much I've changed since when I first found this forum. I'm so much better off now, I understand relationships now a lot more then I did, and I'm no longer as naive and gullible as I once was.
Are there books out there that "teach" social skills?
I've suffered from social anxiety for pretty much all my life. I don't feel socially anxious anymore, but as a result from having next to no (I had no offline friends during high school) social contact I have terrible social skills. So as a result I can go out and meet people, but nothing ever takes off beyond small talk.
