A Success Story
Hi everyone. I'm posting this now as a way to hopefully give hope to some people who are on here depressed. This goes out to all those guys and girls who feel loneliness more than anything else. I'm just here to tell you all there you're not alone, and there IS hope.
success or strength in a potential bf/gf (what do you look for more?)
that's what it all comes down to, which is more important in a significant other (doesn't necessarily have to be the person you're marrying, but for a semi-serious relationship), success as far as career, education level, and money go, or personal character traits such as resilience, overcoming adversity, etc? let's say there are two potential dating partners for you, both equally attractive, equally nice personalities and everything like that.
First Date Success: What Next?
I'd posted a week ago about finally getting to go out with a guy from class who I was unsure if he liked me or not and I didn't know if it was a date. Turned out it was a date and went really really well (I think) but progressed fast. I met him near his place and we walked to two different bars trying to find a lively one so we spent a couple hours talking and joking.

Has anyone successfully transitioned from FWB into a real relationship? If so, what were the circumstances? What were the rules of your FWB set-up prior to that? How long were you in the FWB arrangement before becoming "official"? How did you decide to make it a real relationship?
